Great take out option – trying to support local businesses during our “safer at home”. Ordered their bucket fish fry, $33 (fish / fries / coleslaw / bread / tarter ) which fed 2 adults, (2) 11 yr old boys and my 13 yr old daughter with 4 pieces to spare. Fish breading had flavor / seasoned – overall I give it a solid B+, very good value for the price.
Super friendly staff – was made on time !
They show broasted chicken as well on the website and pizzas look good

“Awesome fish fry”

What a surprise. We were looking for a different restaurant for a traditional Wisconsin fish fry when we drove past Our Place. Stopped in and were treated to one of the best fish frys ever. A large serving (10 pieces) of tender perch that was lightly breaded was perfect. They also had a great draft beer selection that featured Spotted Cow and Fat Tire. We were served quickly. Definitely a #1 stop!

“Great burger”

Stopped in on a whim for a burger. Have not been here in a long time and just had a craving for a bar burger not fast food. It was later in the evening about 7:15 during the week. Immediate seating both at the bar or in booths. Promptly served a beverage and received a menu. Very good selection of appetizers and entrees. We ordered up our burgers. I ordered the OP Special. Fries were included. My partner ordered the western burger. Yes the friendly bartender was also the cook and had our meals going quickly. From past experience, during busier hours they do have other staff cooking. Our food came shortly and was excellent. Not greasy, very flavorful. Fries salted perfectly. Great portion and good value. Only negatives fries could have been a little larger. Lots of small little pieces. Be prepared for loud rock and rap music. If you are older folks, this may not be for you but we will definitely be back for burgers many times as the flavor, service and value definitely there. Overall it was a good stop for food.

“Best Perch Fry in the Milwaukee Area”

The service was top-notch, sitting us immediately when we came in (it was around 4:30 on a Friday). Drinks came quickly and so did the food. We’re particular to perch and have to say that we’ve not found a more tastier, larger portion of fish anywhere and we’ve done fish frys for over 25 years. They’re offering a new menu item, lobster bites, portions of lobster, lightly breaded and served with fries. Looks really good but this is our perch home. It’s hard to pass perch up. Don’t know what scv83 experienced. And as far as gift certificates, they usually show their restrictions. Just have to read them so you’re not disappointed! Worth a stop in if you like perch and friendly, attentive service.
