Pretty darn good food.  The fish fry and baked fish dinners are really good.  Their appetizers are quite tasty too.

They make an incredible brandy Alexander for your after dinner drink.
My only complaint is, really hard to get a seat at the bar.  And the bartenders are great!

Good service,  friendly waitstaff, nice atmosphere.  Clean rest rooms. Food was ok. Husband had the ribs and onion strings. Ribs had a bit of a refrigerator taste.  I wouldn’t have eaten them. My side salad was excellent, fresh,  good dressing, not leaf lettuce. I also ordered a tuna melt. It was good, but Luke warm. Husband’s food was hot. I wanted the a soup that was listed on the reception chalk board as a special for the day, however it was an error and not available.

We were in town on business and looking for a decent place to eat one evening. I decided to check out what was good on Yelp and this is where we landed. It turned out to be a great choice. We both had the steak sandwich. It came on a nice soft hoagie style bun with sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, and melted cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tender with great flavor. The steak was great, but the show stopper was the appetizer that we chose….breaded deep fried “Portabello” mushrooms! I’ve had plenty of deep fried mushrooms in my day, but these were freaking awesome!!!

Don’t miss this place, you won’t be disappointed! And if you like beer, they have a great selection.

I knew that it was good when we arrived at 8 pm on a Friday night and could hardly find a parking space. This place was packed. The entrance and decor on the way in is really classy and the owner is one of the most personable I’ve met. We were seated in the enclosed porch, though I didn’t care for the seats (kind of a lawn chair). We ordered fried mushrooms. They were fantastic — Portabella, not the typical caps. We had the gourmet burgers. They were delicious and huge. I had the Doc’s, while my wife had the Santa Fe. They all come with their own homemade chips, though I ordered sweet potato fries with mine. The food was very good. Our server was very pleasant. Though they were busy, our food came very quickly. The best thing that I can say is that we’ll be going back there…and soon.

Tasty baked cod and potato pancakes on Friday with a great sunset view.  Service was very good even with a large party of 12. spacious restaurant can seat large parties easily.
